My biggest piece of constructive feedback would be a need for: 1. Better communication skills 2. A designated Tech to work on the vehicle in a timely fashion 3. More accurate estimates on the amount of time needed for repairs (I was quoted one day and then that turned into four days - the issue was already diagnosed and parts received)

I had a great experience with Max. He was able to show my family a truck the same day we called and was very patient with our kids during the process.
