I purchased a used vehicle from out of state and the salesman, Max, was very responsive and helpful. He was very prompt in responding to messages and calls. Max went into the dealership on his day off so that my cousin/mechanic (who lives in the Olympia area) could test drive and inspect the vehicle. Once I decided to purchase the vehicle Max and the dealership were very easy to work with, including working with my local credit union to accept my pre-approved financing. There were no games played and their pricing was accurate as advertised, with no dealer doc or random fees included. I never felt pressured by Max, the finance manager, or anyone else at the dealership. I flew to Seattle, purchased the vehicle and drove it home without issue. It was easily the best experience I've ever had in working with a dealership and I'd be happy to work with Max and the Mullinax folks again.

This is the best service center I've worked with. They got us in with fairly short notice, had a quick diagnostic and turn-around, and even had a vehicle dropoff service. They assign an advisor to your job as a point of contact and Jenny was great.
